Privacy information
Pursuant to current legislation on the protection of personal data (privacy), FERRACIN S.r.l. with its registered office in Refrontolo (TV) in via Crevada n.15, Tax Code and VAT number 00298310269, owner of the current website www.ferracinshop.com (from now on referred as ”Site”) and Data Controller (from now on also referred as “ The Owner”) of the personal data of users of the Site (hereinafter referred as “Users”), would like to provide the information regarding the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (the “Privacy Code”) and pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the “Regulation”).
The person in charge of the reference processing is Mr. Ferracin Daniele, contactable at e-mail address info@ferracinshop.com or phone number 0438/980131. The Privacy Policy will be accepted only for this site, physically placed in “hosting” by the Hosting Company Magenio belonging to Antonio Carboni and its suppliers companies, and not for other websites possibly consulted by the user via links.
The Data Controller guarantees the processing of data based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights according to the legislation indicated. This Site and the services present on the Site are dedicated to users who are at least 18 years old. Therefore, data about minors will not be collected. Under specific request of the Users, the Owner will delete the personal data inadvertently collected on subjects under the age of 18.
1. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The Owner will lawfully use users’ personal data for the following purposes:
1. Administrative and accounting management. Data will be collected in order to carry out all the administrative, financial and accounting activities necessary to fulfil the contractual, legislative and tax obligations resulting from a purchase and in order to fulfil all the obligations laid down by law by the Italian authorities or by the European Community.
2. Marketing: Data will be collected to send e-mail, SMS or traditional mail for informative or commercial purposes related to services/products offered by the Company or to give information about events and news. By giving explicit consent to the receipt of our communications, by subscribing to our newsletter or by requesting the FERRACIN fidelity card Users may periodically receive a newsletter, a text message or a traditional mail EXCLUSIVELY related to the activity of FERRACIN S.r.l.
In such case it will always be possible for the User to revoke the consent by requesting it to the Owner as indicated in the section Contacts or by clicking on the appropriate link about the withdrawal of consent which could be found in each email received.
For these purposes, the following data are collected: name, surname, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, telephone number.
No other processing will be carried out by the Owner in relation to the User’s personal data.
Given what is provided elsewhere in this privacy policy, in no case will the Owner make the User’s personal data accessible to other Users and/or third parties.
Giving the data highlighted with an asterisk (*) in the contact form, registration or acquisition of the order is mandatory to complete the contract; If the User does not this data the processing of the order will not be allowed.
2. PROCESSING PROCEDURES, STORAGE TIMES AND REPORTING OF DATA
The Data Controller will process the User’s personal data only for the purposes described hereby and in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
If a User does not request the cancellation his data they will be kept for the ordinary prescription period of 10 years.
The employees and/or collaborators of the Owner who are in charge of managing the Site and the requests of the Users will be able to come to knowledge of the data of the Users; such subjects, instructed by the Owner as per art. 29 of the Regulations, will process the User’s data exclusively for the purposes indicated in this policy.
The User’s personal data may be processed by other third parties who, on behalf of the Data Controller, act as “External Managers”, such as hosting service providers or cloud computing, messaging services (SMS and e-mail) concerning ONLY the activity of FERRACIN S.r.l., professionals and consultants but will not in any case be transferred to third parties for other purposes.
Users have the right to obtain a list of those in charge of the processing and of any Data Controller appointed by the Data Controller, making a request to the Data Controller as indicated in paragraph 3 below.
The contact data used for general marketing purposes will be kept until the withdrawal of the consent or end of life of the customer, while the details of the purchases, possibly used for profiled marketing purposes, will not be used and stored beyond 24 months from the collection of each data item.
After the above retention terms, the Data will be destroyed, deleted or rendered anonymous, consistently with the technical procedures of deletion and backup.
3. RIGHTS OF USERS AND HOW TO CONTACT THE OWNER
For any information related to this privacy policy, Users may contact the Owner at any time, using the following methods:

Users may request access to the data, which concerns them, their deletion, correction of inaccuracies, the integration of incomplete data and the limitation of processing in the cases provided by art. 18 GDPR, as well as its opposition to processing for reasons related to their particular situation in case of legitimate interest of the holder.
In addition, where processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means, data subjects shall be entitled to receive data in a structured format if technically possible and to transmit them to another holder without hindrance.
Data subjects have the right to withdraw their consent for marketing purposes at any time and to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes.
Data subjects shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the Member State where they are habitually resident or working or in the State where the alleged infringement occurred.
