Shipments and returns policy

SHIPMENTS

Shipments within Italy are always free with a minimun order of € 79, 00. The delivery time goes from one to five working days, except in cases of force majeure. It also can depend on when the order is placed and on the type of necessary transport to reach the destination (for example: shipping to Sicily, Sardinia or Calabria can take up to 4-5 working days if the courier uses airmail).

For shipments to EU countries of orders over € 79, 00 a discount of € 8, 00 will be applied on the shipping cost. The shipping cost will be shown before order confirmation after inserting the country of destination.

If orders are above € 79,00, the shipping cost within Italy (islands included) amounts always to € 8,00, while the shipping cost for parcel to EU countries will be shown before order confirmation after inserting the country of destination.. The goods will be delivered in 2-7 working days depends on the destination.

We don't ship to all EU coutries. Customers can check if shipment to their own countries is available before order confirmation after inserting the country of destination.

For orders with payment "cash on delivery" the courier will ask a cash payment including the € 3,00 surcharge for the management of the payment No cheques are accepted. This type of delivery is allowed only for shipments within Italy.

RETURNS

The shipping of Returns is on the Customer’s account. The items must be sent to FERRACIN S.r.l., Via Crevada 15 - 31020 Refrontolo (TV).

For Customer’s protection please refer to legislative decree  206/2005 of the Italian Law.

Whenever the Customer is not satisfied of the purchase and if the ordered items have not been used, the Customer can return the items for size change, item change or refund within 14 days from the delivery date.

Return instructions

To request authorization to return an item the Customer needs to send an email to info@ferracinshop.com within 14 days from the delivery day. The Customer has to indicate all SKU codes of the items he want to return and the desired compensation: size change, item change or refund.

When FERRACIN S.r.l. gets the request, it will send a confirmation email.

In case of size or item change within Italy, shipping is free if the returned item’s price is over € 79,00.

The Customer can choose one of the following 3 compensation types:

• Size change: It is possible to change with a different size if available.
• Item change: It is possible to change with a different item (or same item and different colour) if available.
• Refund: The refund will take place within 7 days from the receipt of the returned item or items. Different refund type: for PayPal and credit cards payments working through the PayPal System, the refund will take place through the same system and we the due amount will be credited into the Customer’s PayPal account or into the credit card used in first place; for payments done though bank transfer the refund will take place through a bank transfer to the primary account; for cash on delivery payments, the refund will take place through a bank transfer to a bank account indicated by the Customer.

The returned items must arrive to the warehouse of FERRACIN S.r.l. within 10 days from the written authorization.

We allow only one free size change to each authorized item returned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

The occasional security wire of the returned items must not be cut or broken. Clothes must not be weared, washed, modified or have any sign of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect conditions and have no kind of sign.

Every item must be returned with its original label, pack and accessories (dustbags, hangers, clothes covers, etc. ) received together with it.

Shoes and accessories must be returned with their own original box, which is an integral part of the ordered item and which must not be damaged, modified or used as unique outer packaging.

If the Customer receives defective items or there are shipping mistakes by FERRACIN S.r.l., please follow the above instructions. FERRACIN S.r.l. reserves the right to require pictures of the defective item before authorizing returns and/ or taking charge of the returning shipment.

Beachwear and underwear must be tried over one’s own underwear. Returns of used items will be refused and sent back to the Customer.

FERRACIN S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse not authorized returns or items returned with couriers different from the one indicated on in the authorization.

The acceptance of such returns will include, however, a 10% charge of the returned item value.

FERRACIN S.r.l. will not accept returned items whenever the return is not compliant with all the terms and conditions set forth in the return policy. In these cases, items will be sent back to the Customer address (indicated in the primary shipment).
