Orders fulfilment

FERRACIN S.r.l. reserves the right not to fulfil an order if the payment has not been made.

FERRACIN S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse an order in case it is not possible to receive a verification from the Customer's bank in case of bank transfer payments.

Final Customer

The items we sell in the web site www.ferracinshop.com are intended for Final Customers (herby also called “The User”).

 With the word "Final Customer" FERRACIN S.r.l. intend a natural person acting for purposes outside his business or profession or whose purpose is at least not limited to the resale of the items bought in our online shop.

FERRACIN S.r.l. invites all the users different from the category "Final Customers" to avoid establishing any commercial relations with FERRACIN S.r.l. and to place orders through third parts for commercial purposes.

In consideration of the above-described commercial policy, FERRACIN S.r.l. reserves the right not to fulfil orders whose goods are not intended for Final Customers or orders non-compliant to the commercial policy.

Requirements of the Customers

To be able to place orders on www.ferracinshop.it Customers must have the following requirements:

- To be a Final Customer as defined above

- To be at least 18 years old

- To have the necessary requirements to stipulate legally binding contracts.

- To have a valid email address.

FERRACIN S.r.l. publishes information on its own web site in order to provide a service to its own Customers. The Company however declines any responsibility about the possibility of technical or factual inaccuracies and/or typing errors for which an immediate correction is foreseen, if the mistake is promptly reported.

FERRACIN S.r.l. reserves the right to make corrections and changes to the web site whenever find it necessary without giving previous notice.

FERRACIN S.r.l. offers no guarantee about the compliance of the published information in its own web site to the Customer's state laws.

FERRACIN S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for any trouble, damage or risks the users can find during navigation in the web site.

FERRACIN S.r.l. reserves the right to rectify/re-examine terms and conditions in this legal notice or to update it whenever  it is found necessary without giving previous notice.

Users are due to respect the terms and the conditions in this legal notice, to periodically check any possible update, change and/or correction.

Italian Law

The web site www.ferracinshop.com complies with the law under the "Foro di Treviso" (the Court of Treviso) and declares:
